BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

A non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required to book an appointment. This amount will be deducted from your total cost of the procedure. Cash, debit, credit, and E-Transfer are accepted as methods of payment on the day of your appointment.

 

All appointments require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

 

Failure to reschedule your appointment before the 48 hours, your booking fee will be lost. A new appointment will be required with an additional non-refundable $100 booking fee.

 

A late arrival over 15 minutes will result in the appointment being cancelled and loss of the booking fee. 

 

Clients who proceed to book an appointment with previous work that was not approved by me, and I am not able to work over it will result in a cancelled appointment, and will lose the $100 booking fee.  

 

Your complimentary touch up appointment must be booked 4-8 weeks after your first appointment. 

 

If you have had any previous work done, please email me a picture and we can discuss if a new procedure is possible.
